I love reading pieces that are thoughtfully researched. Since MDD is a huge part of my life, it effects my work greatly. Civilians don't get it - some (mostly people who are jealous or simply willfully ignorant) even try to shame us for it. As artists, we shame ourselves enough. We don't need a pile on.
This is an important topic that doesn’t get the attention it deserves. A well written and inspiring piece that I imagine will resonate with all artists who are stuck or unstuck, appreciated or under-appreciated ❤️
Looking forward to your own creative frameworks!

Great piece. It touches on many of the same things I cover in my writing and research.
For example, I help artists explore their own "dynamic consistency" through capacity mapping: https://createmefree.substack.com/p/how-to-work-with-what-you-have-today
And I've written a lot about creative rest vs creative avoidance: https://createmefree.substack.com/p/the-difference-between-creative-rest
Love your ideas here about mornings ...
